Come to Albany to celebrate our success, adopt a VOICE Action Plan, and show our VOICE to legislators and public officials from Albany to Washington DC.

Ruth Pelham's songs are sung by thousands of people in the U.S. and abroad as part of rallies, conferences, performances, trainings, school and community programs, festivals, and cultural exchanges. Her songs and learning activities are also at the heart of innovative educational programs for children and families, and are published in numerous textbooks and journals.

Get on the Bus!

• Long Island Bus: Leaving from 3 Garrett Place, Commack, NY 11725 at 7:00 p.m. (Costco Plaza).


• Rochester Bus: Leaving from 3495 Winton Place, Building E, Rochester, NY 14623 at 7:00 p.m.


• Buffalo Bus: Leaving from 120 Pineview Drive, Amherst, NY 14228 at 7:00 p.m stopping in Syracuse.


• Syracuse Bus: Leaving from 6595 Kirkville Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057 at 9:30 p.m.

  Note: Bus transportation provided by Yankee Trails. Pick-up locations are CSEA offices.

• Return Trip: Buses will leave The Desmond Albany Hotel following the meeting at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Hotel Information:  Friday check-in time is 4:00 p.m.  Saturday check-out time is Noon. You will need to pack up your belongings and bring them to the meeting room before the start of the meeting.  We will have a place to store them.

Shared accommodations on Friday night will be provided for VOICE members traveling more than 150 miles.
